  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

    • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

  • Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Gettin’ Lost is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly first. If you still need help, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to assist.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number so we can make it right.
